How it works
The Ascendant and its ruler are you, the querent. The Moon is a co-significator: its next aspect shows how the situation unfolds.
The ruler of the topic house is the other side or the subject of the question.
Then we read aspects between significators, receptions, planetary dignities and house angles. An applying aspect gives the timing.
