Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of the Whisper of Cards website and its services.

By using the site, registering an account or purchasing services, the user confirms that they have read these terms and accept them.

The service is intended only for users over 18 years of age.

Tarot readings, the Matrix of Destiny, numerology, Human Design and dream interpretation are tools for self-knowledge and reflection about oneself. This is not a prediction of the future.

The materials on the site are not medical, psychotherapeutic, legal or financial advice and do not replace consulting the relevant specialist.

If you are experiencing a crisis, thinking about harming yourself or others, contact a doctor or an emergency service. The site is not intended for this.

The user makes decisions independently and is responsible for the consequences of using the information received.

The user undertakes to:

• provide accurate data when registering
• not use the site for illegal actions
• not attempt to gain access to other users' accounts
• not interfere with the operation of the site and its technical systems
• not copy or distribute the site's materials without permission
• independently ensure the security of the access data for their account

The following is separately prohibited:

• creating multiple accounts in order to repeatedly receive free bonuses, the trial period or rewards
• automating requests to the site with scripts, bots and parsers
• reselling access to an account, subscription or credits
• passing off the site's materials as one's own or using them for commercial purposes
• insulting other participants on the forum and in reviews

The user is responsible for actions performed through their account.

The following services are provided on the site:

• Hacks - personal Tarot readings, Matrix of Destiny analysis and psychological consultations
• Courses - long-term support programs with readings, tasks and feedback
• Subscriptions - access to extended materials on the site
• Credits - the internal unit of payment for services
• Matrix of Destiny and compatibility analyses - from Dion personally or prepared automatically

Current prices and contents are indicated in the relevant sections of the site and may change. A change in price does not affect an already paid period.

A subscription is taken out for a chosen term: a month, half a year or a year. Access opens after payment is confirmed.

There is no automatic renewal. None of the available payment methods stores payment data, and we have no way to charge the money again: at the end of the term, access simply closes. Cancelling the subscription separately is not required.

The trial period is three days of full access to the "Explorer" plan, once per account. No card is needed for it, and nothing is charged when it ends.

Credits accrued during the subscription period remain with the user after it ends.

A credit is the internal unit of payment. Credits are bought in packages, come with a subscription, and are accrued for actions on the site and for invited friends.

Credits have no expiry date: they remain on the balance until the user spends them.

Credits are not a means of payment, are not exchanged for money and are not transferred between accounts.

Spent credits are non-refundable. If a service was not provided through our fault - a technical failure, a cancellation, a failed preparation of an analysis - the debited credits are returned to the balance.

A certificate is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. After the term expires, it can no longer be activated.

A certificate is activated once and for one account. Upon activation, the recipient chooses what to turn it into: a subscription or credits.

A certificate is not exchanged for money. A refund of its value is possible only before activation - see the refund policy.

Services are paid for using the methods available on the site.

The refund terms are described separately, on the refund policy page. It is part of these terms.

We try to ensure the stable operation of the site, but we do not guarantee the absence of technical errors or temporary interruptions.

Some of the site's materials are prepared with the help of language models. We set the framework for them and check the result, but we cannot guarantee that the text will not contain an inaccuracy. Treat such materials as a reason to think, not as a statement of fact.

We are not liable for indirect losses or the consequences of the user's decisions made on the basis of the site's materials.

In any case, our liability is limited to the amount the user paid for the service that gave rise to the claim.

All materials on the site (texts, images, design, methods, reading layouts, courses) are the intellectual property of Whisper of Cards and the author Dion.

Copying, distributing or commercially using the materials without the permission of the rights holder is prohibited.

Texts that the user writes themselves - diary entries, forum messages, reviews - remain theirs. By posting a message on the forum or a review, the user permits us to show it on the site.

If these terms are violated, we may restrict or terminate the user's access to the site.

If an account is blocked for violating the rules, paid but unused access is not refunded. The user may delete their account at any time by writing to us.

We may change these terms. The updated version is published on the site. Continued use of the site means acceptance of the updated terms.
