Boundaries
Boundaries Aren't Walls. Why Boundaries Actually Make Relationships Better

Many people worry that boundaries will push others away. In reality, they only push away those who wanted to take advantage of you.
Many fear boundaries because they think: if I start saying "no," people will turn their backs. If I protect my space, I'll be seen as selfish. If I stop being convenient, I'll end up alone.
But that's a myth. Boundaries don't break relationships—they build them. Because a relationship without boundaries isn't a relationship at all. It's fusion. It's absorption. It's two people who don't know where one ends and the other begins. And such relationships are doomed.
