Narcissism
How to Leave a Narcissist for Good

Leaving is easy. Not going back — that's where the real work begins.
You decided to leave. Or he kicked you out. Or you left, but now he's coming back. Calling. Texting. "I've changed." "I realize how much you mean to me." "I can't live without you." And you go back. Because you believe him. Because you miss him. Because being alone scares you.
But he hasn't changed. He just swapped one mask for another. Temporarily. Until you're trapped again. Then it all repeats. Idealization. Devaluation. Pain. Leaving again. Going back again. It's a cycle. And it keeps spinning until you break it for good.
